Haunted Trails in Alabama
As the trail winds through open fields and wooded areas, you may be thinking how gorgeous it must look when the sun is shining bright. At this time of night, however, the darkness of night has consumed everything, making it difficult to see your own hand in front of your face. Navigating the trail would be hard enough on its own, but after witnessing a blood-thirsty zombie snacking on some brains at the last turn, you are on the verge of losing your cool. Approaching what you figure must surely be the end, you are beyond relieved to see a farmer holding a bright lantern. Surely he must be standing there to congratulate you on making it to the end of the trail. When only a few feet remain between you and the individual, it becomes evident that he is no knight in shining armor. Blood is caked all over his face, his menacing eyes pierce your soul, and his rotten teeth form a terrifying grin. Right before you are able to scream, his lantern goes out and all you see is black.
